Please find below all important information for the ideal preparation of your exhibition appearance at the RDA Group Travel Expo in Cologne.

 

Hygiene measures for exhibition stands

In order to protect the health of all, the minimum distance of 1.50 m should also be kept at business appointments and body contact as shaking hands should be avoided.

There will be numerous disinfection dispencers throughout the hall, the entrance area, sanitary facilities etc.

On the exhibition stands, contact surfaces such as tables, chairs, counters etc. have to be cleaned regularly resp. after each visitor.

At the entire exhibition, participants are obliged to wear a mouth-note-protection.

Excluded from this are outdoor areas and seats on the exhibition stands and the catering area, provided that sufficient distance can be maintained.

The minimum distance of 1.50 m has to be maintained at all times.

In the hall, the movement areas (entrance, corridors, etc.) are designed so that the minimum distance can be maintained.

In order to minimize the risk of infection with COVID-19, it is important to keep the physical contact as low as possible. This includes for example a contactless greeting.

The passing on of advertising and information material has to be done digitally if possible.

The distribution of give-aways from large containers is currently not permitted. It is possible though for the stand personnel to hand out give-aways, as long as the hygiene regulations are observed.

Unfortunately, events with a party character at the exhibition stands must be avoided in Corona times.

In the interest of a safe exhibition, the minimum distance of 1.50 m also has to be kept on exhibition stands at all times.

 

 

The distribution of food and beverages at the exhibition stands is generally permitted. The catering company or stand operator must ensure compliance with the legal requirements under Corona conditions. If an external catering company is engaged, each person must be registered individually and must be included in the permitted number of stand staff.
