Visitors

Free day tickets can only be requested via the online ticket shop. There will be no box office. Please note that due to the restriction on participants, only buyers from coach companies, tour operators and self-booking travel agencies can be admitted to the exhibition as trade visitors. Tickets will be sent by e-mail after verification by RDA Expo GmbH.

Visitors are not permitted to sell their own products and services during the exhibition.
Participation in the exhibition as a visitor is restricted to buyers.

Exhibitors

The early booking discount for the RDA GTE 2025 is valid until 30 November 2024.

Stand registration is possible until 24 January 2025.

The 6 m² micro stand (for new exhibitors only) is equipped as follows:

  • white partition walls
  • blue carpet
  • panel/s with your company name
  • lighting (2 double spotlights)
  • 1 high table
  • 2 bar stools
  • booth (1 m²) with curtain
  • no co-exhibitor possible

The standard stand 9 m² is equipped as follows:

  • white partition walls
  • blue carpet
  • panel/s with your company name
  • lighting (2 double spotlights)
  • 1 counter
  • 1 table
  • 4 chairs
  • booth (1 m²) with curtain
  • no co-exhibitors possible (exception: if two 9 m² standard stands (total area 18 m²) are booked together, a total of 3 exhibitors can present themselves for an additional charge)

The 12 m² standard stand is equipped as follows

  • white partition walls
  • blue carpet
  • panel/s with your company name
  • lighting (2 double spotlights)
  • 1 counter
  • 1 table
  • 4 chairs
  • booth (1 m²) with lockable door
  • Co-exhibitors possible

Exhibiting in an open-air space is only possible with your own stand construction.

If you require assistance with stand construction, we will be glad to forward your contact to our stand constructor Beckmann Fair Partner GmbH.

Vehicles can be exhibited in open stand areas as well as on standard stands.

If you are planning to exhibit a vehicle, please contact RDA Expo GmbH for further arrangements.

Set-up times for standard stands:

28 April 2025, 1 - 8 pm

Set-up times for open stand areas:

26 - 28 April 2025, 7 am - 8 pm each day

Dismantling times:

30 April 2025, 6 - 10 pm

1 May 2025, 7 am - 8 pm


Please note that it will not be possible to buy food and drinks at the exhibition during the set-up and dismantling times.

Food and drinks may be served at the stands, but must be free of charge for all visitors.

Please do not send any material to RDA Expo GmbH in Cologne. There are no facilities for storage or transport to the exhibition. If you would like to send brochures or advertising material to your stand, please contact Schenker Deutschland AG:

The distribution of advertising material and magazines is only permitted on exhibitor stands or directly in front of them. Distribution in the entrance area, foyer and aisles is not permitted.

Exhibition preparation

By car: If you are travelling by car, enter the following address in your GPS: Deutz-Mülheimer-Straße 111, 51063 Köln and then follow the car park guidance system to P21.

By train: Take the regional train or the ICE to the ‘Köln Messe/Deutz’ stop. From there you can reach Koelnmesse within 5-10 minutes on foot.

By tram: Take lines 3 or 4 to the ‘Koelnmesse’ stop.

Parking spaces are available for all participants during the entire RDA Group Travel Expo on car park P21.

Registered visitors and exhibitors will receive a parking pass in advance of the exhibition.

On site

At the RDA Group Travel Expo Cologne, Wi-Fi is available free of charge for all participants. You will receive detailed information about the log-in on site. Please note that the Wi-Fi is designed for the occasional checking of e-mails etc. If you as exhibitor need a permanent internet connection to present something to your customers, we advise you to book an additional internet connection.

Koelnmesse GmbH reserves the right to make use of its householder's rights to carry out bag checks during the entire event for the safety of the participants.

The nearest cash dispenser is located at the train station Köln Messe/Deutz.

The first aid station on the exhibition grounds is manned by a paramedic during RDA Group Travel Expo opening hours.
If there is no emergency situation, please call +49 (0)221 821 35 17 and in emergencies +49 (0)221 821 33 33.
The private medical emergency service can be contacted on +49 (0)221 1 92 42.
The nearest pharmacy is Löwen Apotheke, Deutzer Freiheit 70, 50679 Cologne, Germany, +49 (0)221 81 12 97.
