Event date
August 4th + 5th, 2020
Event location
The event takes place in hall 8 of Koelnmesse.
Stand construction
There will be a standardised exhibition stand with uniform equipment for all exhibitors. Open spaces cannot be booked. Individual stand construction is not permitted.
Stand occupation
Per stand, a maximum of two employees of one company is permitted. All employees must be registered by name.
Co-exhibitors
Per stand, one co-exhibitor can be registered. In this case, only one employee per company is permitted, so that the maximum stand occupation of two people is not exceeded.
Stand registration
If you were registered for the RDA Group Travel Expo 2020 in Cologne, there will be no automatic rebooking of the original stand booking. To participate in the workshop format a new registration is required.
The registration documents and all other information on the course of the event are currently being adapted to the latest regulations and will be available next week.
