HanseMerkur, a reliable partner for coach and group tourism, offers travel protection concepts and professional advice. Interesting for coach tourism: In addition to special rates for coach operators, HanseMerkur has a new service for partners. With immediate effect, the monthly maintenance fee charged since recently by the software provider Kuschick will be taken over. HanseMerkur's offer is intended to relieve coach operators and tour operators who work with the popular software. In addition to Kuschick, HanseMerkur rates can also be booked via other booking channels such as VERS-on, Ratio, Turista and Deltaplan.
HanseMerkur presented revised rates and new rate combinations already in 2022, in line with the increased need for safety of Germans as well as current travel trends such as the combination of bicycle and coach travel. The two optional additional coverages, bicycle protection and excess exclusion, complement the main product. Some benefits - in case of breakdown and theft of the bicycle - are already included in the HanseMerkur travel protection packages 4- and 5-star protection. Customers also have the option of increasing their luggage insurance sum to 3,000 euros in the course of the new bicycle protection and thus optimally insure their e-bike or higher-value bicycle. The prerequisite for taking out the additional cover is the conclusion of a 4- or 5-star cover. In addition, HanseMerkur offers ticket redemption protection to cover concert, musical and sports event tickets. The travel protection concept for coach operators is available, among other things, via the HanseMerkur booking assistants and can be integrated on sales partner websites or sent by e-mail.
